We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our production client in the Spalding area. This is a permanent role working for a well-established organisation, this is an ideal role if you have previous supervisory experience and want to work for a fantastic organisation.
This is a full-time role working a 2-2-3 shift pattern, successful candidates must be comfortable working shift patterns.
What you'll be doing -
- Lead the production line team to ensure results and delivery of orders
- Management and performance of a designated production line
- Ensuring all aspects of production is in line with compliance and quality standards
- Achieving departmental KPIs set for the team
- Train new and inexperienced team members in line with training plans
What we're looking for -
- Previous experience in a Supervisory/Team leader role in a production environment
- Effective time management skills
- Communication and people skills
- Experienced and competent working to KPIs
- People management skills to support and motivate your team
Previous experience of working in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential.
