Register Your Interest - Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

Midlands - Full time

We are currently inviting expressions of interest for Mobile Cleaning Supervisors to support our growing operations across Midlands. This is a hands-on, mobile role suited to an experienced cleaning professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across multiple sites.

The Role

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards across a portfolio of sites.You will be required to travel between locations, provide on-site support, and supervise cleaning operatives where applicable.

This role is operational and hands-on, not desk-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support cleaning operations across multiple sites in Midlands

  • Carry out hands-on cleaning duties when required

  • Supervise and support cleaning operatives on designated sites

  • Ensure all sites meet required cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

  • Conduct site checks and address any issues promptly

  • Liaise with management and clients as needed

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or senior cleaning role

  • Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic

  • Full, clean Irish driving licence (no penalty points – essential)

  • Ability to travel regularly across Midlands

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations

  • Flexibility in working hours as required by the role
