We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards with the deep cleaning team, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. This is a mobile role across London, therefore the applicant must feel comfortable driving around London to and from work. Company vehicle will be issued.
Contract: Fixed-term contract with the ability to made permanent based on great performanceType: Fixed-term to permanent Hours: 36 hoursPay: £16.50Location: London sites
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage and lead effectively the deep cleaning team
-Ability to conduct floor walks and follow up in a timely manner with the team before shifts ends
-Support the Operations Manager on the London Fire Brigade contract
-Order stock supplies
-Ensure deep cleaning tasks are executed to a great standard
-Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
-Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
-Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
-Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
-Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

-Supervisor experience; the ability to lead the team effectively
-Coach and set clear expectations
-Passionate about leading and keen to grow further in the business
-Good time-keeping
-Ability to make a positive difference
-Ability to communicate and read basic English
-Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
-Flexible and proactive approach to work
-Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
-Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
-Clean driving license
