As a labourer, you’ll work alongside our skilled trades staff to carry out a full range of manual handling and maintenance works within various properties. Your main duties will include: full clearances of empty properties internally and externally with the correct disposal of items, collecting and dropping off works materials when needed, and clearing up after works have been carried out. You may carry out some minor maintenance and repair works from time to time.
You’ll be a self-starter who’s keen to get stuck in and work hard. You’ll have good all-round practical skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Team-working skills are important, but you must also be comfortable to work alone using your own initiative. As one of our values is focused on delivering a great customer experience, you'll work hard to support meeting timescales and getting the work done with a 'right first time' approach.
A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
