Are you looking to gain experience and develop your career within Pensions? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Wiltshire Pension Fund in the brand-new role of Employer Support Officer!

The Wiltshire Pension Fund ensures all pension benefits are paid correctly, on a timely basis and in line with the scheme regulations. It manages the relationships with the Fund’s scheme employers, overseeing the admission and cessation of these organisations.

As an Employer Support Officer, you use your inquisitive nature to investigate technical or complicated pension issues and propose reasoned and proportionate solutions to problems that may arise, in particular where the situation is ambiguous, or the regulatory position is unclear. You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to interpret and explain complex matters in simple, explainable terms and incorporate that knowledge into working practices.

The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, experience working with large volumes of data, and the ability to collaborate well with others and work as a team. If you have proven experience in an administrative role in finance, pensions or payroll environment and keen to develop your skills and learn about the Local Government Pension Scheme, then we would love to hear from you.
