We're hiring: Hub Caseworker - Camden Routes off the Streets (RTS)

Full time
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate - £15.50 per hour PAYE
Camden Routes off the Streets (RTS) is looking for a compassionate and proactive Hub Caseworker to support people experiencing rough sleeping and complex needs, helping them access accommodation, stabilise their lives, and move towards long-term housing.
What you'll do:
- Manage a caseload and deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support
- Assess needs and risks, develop support plans, and coordinate interventions
- Work closely with housing, health, and support services
- Advocate for service users at multi-agency and MDT meetings
- Support emergency and severe weather responses (SWEP)
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or complex needs
- Strong understanding of housing pathways and local support services
- Excellent communication, organisation, and partnership-working skills
