Summary
Senior Technical Services Manager - Data Centres
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £100,000 + package
A leading Tier 1 contractor with a rapidly expanding Data Centre division has secured two major new projects and is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to play a key role from day one.
This is an opportunity to step straight into the thick of delivery, taking full ownership of Technical Services from cradle to grave on complex, high-value Data Centre schemes.
The RoleReporting into the Head of Building Services and working closely with the Data Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

End-to-end management of Mechanical & Electrical services on Data Centre projects

Leading Technical Services through design, coordination, delivery, commissioning and handover

Managing consultants, subcontractors, and specialist vendors

Driving technical compliance, quality, and programme certainty

Supporting new incoming tenders, providing technical input alongside the Head of Services

Acting as a senior technical point of contact internally and externally

Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager / Senior TSM within a main contractor environment

Strong Data Centre experience is essential

Technically strong across both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines

Comfortable delivering projects cradle to grave

Pure delivery-focused backgrounds, or

Experience spanning pre-construction/design through to delivery

Confident operating at a senior level with multiple stakeholders
