Summary

Teesside University is seeking a dedicated and inspirational Lecturer in Adult Social Work to join the Department of Psychology and Social Work based within the School of Social Sciences, Humanities & Law. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting student learning, and shaping the future of social work education. Applicants must be a registered social worker with relevant professional experience in adult services. Key responsibilities include:

Deliver engaging teaching in adult social work across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
Contribute to curriculum design, development and assessment
Support students through academic guidance and pastoral care
Undertake research and scholarly activity within social work practice
Build strong links with external partners and professional networks
