Summary
Lead MSCC pathway management and referrals across the South West London Network. Deliver specialist nursing care for patients with MSCC and spinal conditions. Provide expert clinical advice, education, and support to patients and staff. Coordinate investigations, treatment decisions, and post-operative follow-up. Participate in service development, audits, and research projects. Act as a role model, offering leadership, mentorship, and professional development. Ensure compliance with NICE guidance, Trust policies, and national standards.
