Help us create spotless, welcoming rooms
We’re looking for a detail-driven, reliable Housekeeping Team Member to join the team at Aysgarth Falls Hotel — home to Palmers Restaurant and soon welcoming guests to our stunning new Hyllside Suites, opening in the New Year.
You’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable and memorable stay.
What you’ll be doing
Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
Making beds, changing linen and replenishing amenities
Cleaning public areas and corridors as required
Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
Working efficiently to daily room targets while maintaining quality
Following health, hygiene and safety procedures at all times
We’re looking for someone who
Has great attention to detail and pride in their work
Works quickly, carefully and enjoys being active
Is reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a team
Is friendly and professional around guests
Has previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (helpful but not essential)
