Summary
Essential Requirements
-Proven experience working within homelessness housing or complex needs services
-Strong coordination and organisational capability
-Confident stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
-Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
-Enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake
The Role
-Coordinate day to day delivery of a homelessness project ensuring contractual and service outcomes are met
-Act as a central point of contact for referrals partners and local authorities
-Monitor occupancy engagement and progress against support plans
-Support staff allocation rotas and service cover
-Maintain accurate records reporting and compliance documentation
-Escalate risks issues and safeguarding concerns appropriately
