Summary

Bourton On The Water Day Nursery is seeking motivated individuals to join our ever growing team to
undertake apprenticeships in early years.
Within this role you would be responsible for working alongside a team of other staff to plan and deliver
high quality play and learning experiences based on children’s next steps, whilst undertaking a funded
apprenticeship qualification.
Skills Needed
• Good Communication skills.
• A passion for helping little people learn and grow.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Be able to multi-task.
• A great sense of humour.
Duties
• Having fun and engaging our little people in a variety of activities.
• Observing and planning activities to support children’s learning and development.
• Building relationships with parents/carers
• Ensuring all children are kept safe at all times.
• Working with the management team to ensure high standards are maintained.
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experiences.
