Are you committed to tackling homelessness and supporting people into affordable and suitable housing? Liverpool City Council is looking for a proactive and compassionate Resettlement and Move-on Officer to join our Housing Solutions team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, guiding them through their resettlement journey from temporary accommodation to help them secure long-term accommodation to ensure that homelessness is brief and non-recurring.
The role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering on personalised housing plans, managing temporary accommodation placements, and supporting tenancy sustainment.
You’ll also collaborate with landlords, housing providers, and support agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
You’ll be a strong communicator with a passion for social impact and experience in housing or support services.
