Liverpool’s Housing Solutions Service has recently undergone a full restructure and is growing rapidly, creating exciting opportunities for passionate leaders. We’re looking for an Out of Hours Advice and Prevention Lead to oversee our dedicated team, ensuring timely, lawful, and compassionate responses to individuals and families in housing crisis. You’ll manage the out-of-hours rota, provide guidance on complex cases, and work collaboratively with partners to deliver high-quality, legally compliant services under the Housing Act 1996.

The role:

A hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

You’ll coach and support officers, monitor performance, and drive service improvements, all while safeguarding vulnerable people and ensuring effective handovers to daytime teams.

You’ll be calm under pressure, confident in decision-making, and passionate about making a difference.

Evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts are part of the rota, with full training and support provided.
