The Role – Graduate Science Teaching Assistant
The Graduate Science Teaching Assistant will work with Secondary pupils of varying abilities across Biology, Chemistry and Physics to develop their scientific knowledge and practical skills, deliver structured intervention sessions, and help students succeed in key assessments. This may be a range of students across KS3, KS4 and A Level.
You'll play a pivotal role in boosting confidence and raising attainment, working with students on a one-to-one or small group basis and within classrooms alongside the class teacher. You may also support with practical experiments and laboratory work.
This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant position is ideal for aspiring Science teachers seeking experience before enrolling on a PGCE.
