Summary
Our client, a well-established engineering business based in Grantham, is currently looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

• Fridays: Off
• Overtime: Occasional Friday overtime available, paid at x1.5
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work orders
• Select appropriate tooling and materials for each job
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, protractors)
• Make adjustments to programs or setups to maintain quality and accuracy
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Meet production schedules and efficiency targets
• Experience with CNC controls and basic programming edits
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects
• Four-day working week with Fridays off
• Enhanced overtime rates
