Crown Farms & Milling, part of the successful Cranswick PLC., is currently seeking a Farm Maintenance person.
Include:
Ensuring equipment is maintained, serviced, fit for use and that sites are ready for intake on time. this includes reactive work on building fabric and equipment.
Experience on drinkers, water distribution, feeders, heaters, and ventilation systems desirable.
Travel around east Anglia to farms.
On call 5 in 1 weekends.
Communicate to Farm Managers.
Report all issues and completed jobs to your Line Manager
Giving priority to animal welfare, Health, safety and environmental.
You will need to be aware of Health and Safety Standards and requirements and ensure
that all codes of practice are adhered to.
Your attributes: -
Previous knowledge or experience.
A mechanical and engineering qualification with experience in a similar role is desirable.
Hard working - Can do attitude.
Van Provided, to carry out work on over 70 farms in the Norfolk and Suffolk area.
