Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee kitchen and catering operations,
ensuring consistent food quality, compliance with hygiene regulations, and the efficient
management of catering staff and resources.
Key Duties
 Manage and supervise kitchen and catering staff
 Plan menus and coordinate food preparation activities
 Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
 Control food costs, stock levels, and supplier orders
 Train staff on food preparation methods and hygiene procedures
 Monitor kitchen performance and maintain operational records
Skills & Experience Required
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in catering or kitchen management
 Strong understanding of food preparation and hygiene regulations
 Proven ability to manage staff and workflows efficiently
 Experience in high-volume catering or takeaway operations
