Summary
The position requires the ideal candidate To assist the Aids and Adaptations manager to co-ordinate an efficient, cost effective and customer focused Adaptations service and Repairs.
Ensuring the effective delivery of Adaptation building design and maintenance solutions for LBI and its clients ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
To develop contacts with partner organisations to ensure that effective working relationships are maintained and developed.
To ensure Adaptations contractual performance and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
