Summary
PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE. To work within the Community Integrated Care Teams in providing a diagnostic service including undertaking phlebotomy, clinical observations, ECGs, heights and weights to patients in their own homes. This will be from a planned and unplanned perspective. To assist the registered practitioner in providing high quality compassionate care and assistance to patients / relatives and their carers appropriate to their needs. Responsible for carrying out tasks as delegated by the registered practitioner who has overall accountability for delegating care. To schedule own diagnostic calls as directed to meet the needs of the service. To comply with the trusts vision, values and behavioural compact.
