ADHD Clinical Lead Location: Chichester (with the option for hybrid working) Contract: Full-time Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package KT Healthcare are seeking an experienced ADHD Clinical Lead to join our growing neurodevelopmental service. This brand new role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead high-quality ADHD services, support the development of clinical teams, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. As ADHD Clinical Lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership across our ADHD and wider neurodevelopmental services. You will play a central role in ensuring clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and supportive culture. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring services are delivered in line with best practice, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the future direction of our services while remaining clinically involved in complex case management. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to multidisciplinary teams delivering ADHD assessments across the lifespan. You will also have experience in autism assessments and be able to support across the service. Service Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement new clinical pathways and service models that respond to patient needs and service growth. Quality & Governance: Ensure the highest standards of safe, effective, and evidence-based care are delivered every time. Team Development and Collaboration: Mentor, supervise and support clinicians, promoting professional development, wellbeing, and high performance. Build strong working relationships across the organisation to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery. Complex Case Management: Provide expert input into complex clinical cases, supporting decision-making and adherence to national and professional guidelines. Performance Management: Monitor and support clinical performance, addressing challenges constructively while promoting a positive and accountable working environment. What we’re looking for Clinical qualification and relevant registration in Clinical/counselling/forensic psychology, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Or Social Work Extensive clinical experience in Neurodevelopmental Assessments (ADHD and Autism) across the lifespan Proven leadership experience, including supervision and support of clinical teams Excellent clinical judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities Collaborative and approachable leadership style Experience contributing to service development, ideally across right to choose pathways. Ideally you will have experience working in a remote-first organisation and will be familiar with online assessment tools and techniques. You will be trained and experienced in the use of standardised tools such as DIVA, ACE, Conners, ADOS and ADI-R. Why Join Us?
