Key Responsibilities
Licence Processing & Case Management
- Review, assess, and determine licence applications in line with the Housing Act 2004.
- Manage a varied caseload using digital systems, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records.
Compliance, Inspection & Enforcement
- Apply housing legislation; support inspections and enforcement to address non-compliance.
- Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, and partner agencies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Produce compliance and performance reports.
