Summary
Salary: £29,091 - £36,351 per annum (salary offered between this scale, dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed term for 6 months
Location: Our Crossways Business Park office, Dartford (as we are co-located with our Repairs Contract Partner, we will require you in the office full time)
We’re currently looking for a Repairs Contract Officer to join our team!
As a Repairs Contract Officer, you will assist in the monitoring of contractor’s performance, ensuring terms of the contract are adhered to, non-compliance issues are escalated, and a culture of continuous improvement is adopted. You’ll manage invoicing for areas of responsibility to ensure works orders are closed down correctly and invoiced, whilst monitoring spend against the budget and identifying trends.
