Summary

Shape the Future of Major Infrastructure ProjectsJoin Kier Infrastructure - Major Projects as a Commercial Manager and take the lead on our Legacy Concrete Roads Framework. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive commercial excellence across high-profile projects in the North of England, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value.



Location: North of England - travel to the office required with remote working available

Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 per year + 25% bonus + £7,350 annual car allowance + private healthcare + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for as a Commercial Manager?

-Leading commercial management from pre-contract through to final account, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting

-Managing NEC Option C contracts and coordinating change management processes

-Developing procurement strategies and nurturing successful relationships with supply chain partners

-Identifying and mitigating commercial risks while creating opportunity registers

-Serving as the key commercial interface with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaborative working relationships

-Proven commercial experience within civil engineering, particularly with concrete infrastructure projects
