What You'll Do:

Collaborate with the UK Commercial Manager, to manage all aspects of the Hard FM Contract and Project Agreement schedules.

Oversee commercial procedures related to supply chain contracts, including procurement, amendments, and ensuring value for money and compliance.

Manage procurement processes for reactive maintenance, ensuring appropriate supply chain selection and compliance with company procedures.

Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks using the Sodexo risk portal (JCAD), and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments such as Commercial, Legal, and Compliance.

Support self delivery of planned maintenance activities with operational leads, involving subcontractors only when necessary.

Protect the company's commercial interests through a thorough understanding of contractual, legal, and insurance processes.

Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, providing professional support to ensure contract compliance and project delivery.

What You Bring:

BSC or similar in Business Management or Engineering Principles.

Professional Membership: RICS / CIMA / ACCA.

PFI and Healthcare Estates Experience.

Experience in external and internal Customer Management and managing difficult customer and stakeholder conversations.

Excellent people management skills.

Good understanding of Health and Safety at Work regulations.

Excellent reporting and writing skills.

Be flexible to meet the demands of a large PFI Acute Healthcare Estate

Must be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Building Management Systems and automated CAFM digital systems.

Must be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with a good level of mathematical skills.

Self motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Able to demonstrate an aptitude for problem solving using a logical approach.
Confident and logical under pressure but must understand urgency and respond accordingly.
