Summary
Recruitment Professionals is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join a thriving early years setting in Tottenham. You will support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality childcare, leading a team of practitioners, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing nursery operations and staff.
- Support the implementation of learning and development programs for children.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or related field.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
