The Business Change Manager will provide a bridge between the EMG teams and other directorates to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the agreed changes and realise the business benefits.

The Business Change Manager will ensure all impacts are identified and the resulting activities are planned and communicated and completed and would ensure employees are fully supported and developed through the change to allow the change to embed, maximise employee adoption and realise business benefits.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:

  • Support programmes responsible for the development and delivery of the change strategy and transition plan.
  • Support the EMG Senior Management team to develop cross departmental relationships to identify people requirements and improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively implement change management methods, processes and tools, such as stakeholder assessments and change readiness analysis.
  • Undertake change impact assessments to discover the scope and impact as well as possible risks associated with any changes.
