In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering world-class, user-focused digital services.

As a vital member of our 3rd line support team, you’ll leverage your engineering expertise and deep product knowledge to design and implement technical best practices. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge technologies, with a strong focus on modern device management and Microsoft 365 configuration, support, and development.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced team that will help you grow and refine your technical skills while working on exciting, impactful projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Working with a wide range of tooling across all modern end user device management systems as well as support, delivery and configuration within Office 365 admin centres
  • Ensuring effective design, planning and implementation of creative and innovative service changes across Digital and Legacy platforms
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, which may be distributed to various audiences and be comfortable to present information to a range of stakeholders
  • Contributing to the definition of operational processes, (both internal and external) and dealing with customer escalated problems
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex problems. Engaging with third parties/vendors to jointly resolve issues where necessary. Proactively analysing information and trends, proposing action to resolve problems, maintain and enhance service
