Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
Provide legal advice and support on a variety of corporate transactions and ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their contractual needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
Conduct risk assessments and advise on potential legal issues associated with contracts and business operations.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, providing guidance and sharing best practices in contract law.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed in contract management.
Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing contract law, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of contract law principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in negotiations.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £60.00
