• Strategically leading the school’s SEND vision and statutory compliance

• Designing, evaluating, and refining bespoke EHCPs and SEN plans
• Coordinating key interventions, progress tracking, and family-school liaison
• Working in close partnership with external agencies and multi-agency teams
• Championing an inclusive culture where every student is celebrated
