• Designing, overseeing, and evaluating personalised SEND strategies
• Coaching and guiding teaching staff in adaptive best practice
• Leading on statutory compliance and EHCP reviews
• Building strong relationships with families and external agencies
• Analysing data for continuous improvement in SEND outcomes
• Driving a culture of ambition, inclusion, and academic success

• UK-trained with QTS and substantial SEN experience
• Good or Outstanding references from recent leadership roles
• Expert knowledge of SEND code of practice
