Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Level 3 qualification.
- Be able to support both the class teacher in providing a broad and balanced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and the wrap around care manager in leading the supervision of Pre-school and Reception children.
- Be able to work effectively with others to deliver high quality practice as part of the classroom and wider school team.
- Have excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills with a creative outlook and flexible approach.
