Bramhope Primary School is looking for 4 enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join the support staff team.
We are looking for experienced individuals to work under the instruction and guidance of teachers or senior staff to undertake work, care and support programmes that will enable our pupils to access learning and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
Position 1: We require a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support.
The successful candidate for position 1 will be required to work 1:1, primarily within the class, dependant on school requirements.
Position 2: We require a Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support.
Position 3: We require a Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support.
Position 4: We require a Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support.
The successful candidates for positions 2 and 3 may be required to provide 1:1 and small group support, primarily within the class, dependant on school requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
• Willingness to develop knowledge of school/education and SEND provision.
• Understanding of principles of child development and learning processes.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils encouraging them to learn.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
