Within this dynamic role you’ll be working as an in-house paid marketing consultant across some of our European businesses with a particular focus on affiliates, paid social and paid search. You’ll need a strong working knowledge of implementing campaigns across multiple websites and being able to optimise them based upon KPIs such as traffic, basket value, conversion and ROAS - with an overall aim of driving account efficiencies as well as performance and improving their sales and profit contributions.
A typical day in this role includes:

- Share learnings and successes from account performance and test plans across the Group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various senior stakeholders, across different countries.
- Forge strong connections with the appointed digital marketing agencies, as well as key providers such as Google and Facebook.

- Are motivated by reaching a wide and diverse audience of customers.
- Can autonomously identify opportunities to grow the business.
What you’ll need:

- Highly proficient with search and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
