We're supporting a welcoming and well-established education provider in South East London that is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Exam Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the coordination and administration of examinations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with awarding body regulations. The organisation offers a supportive working environment with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and student success.

Key responsibilities may include:

Managing the administration of internal and external examinations

Liaising with awarding bodies and exam boards

Organising exam timetables, rooms, and invigilation

Ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations

Maintaining accurate records and exam documentation
Requirements:

Previous experience in an exams or administrative role (education setting preferred)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
