Summary

***Interviews for this post are due to take place 26th January *** 1. The post-holder will work closely an in collaboration with clinical, operational, and administrative colleagues across the OCIT service. 2. The job holder will be responsible for the co-ordination of equipment, clinical and non-clinical within OCIT. To manage stock control including the process of ensuring that appropriate amounts of stock are maintained for the Local Integrated Teams across the 3 sites allowing for the service to meet patient and service needs. The job holder will support the procurement of stock as well as the management and maintenance of clinical equipment in collaborations with the trusts MEBs team. 3. The post-holder will have a key role in working with the multidisciplinary team and the operations manager for OCIT to deliver against key performance indicators and provide a high quality service. The job holder will ensure that agreed standards are met and policies and procedures are followed. 4. This is a busy Department and there will be interruptions and changes to priorities, and you will be required to prioritise and communicate effectively. 5. The post holder will act as a point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages, documents, and enquiries relating to consumables, clinical and non-clinical and equipment. Working with both internal and external sources. 6. You will work under the supervision of the LIT managers and be expected to balance workload on a day-to-day basis within the overall demands and priorities of the Department, providing assistance as required and seeking advice and support whenever necessary. The group is currently trialling a new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) model following a collaborative event with internal and external stakeholders. This pilot aims to explore team structures and assess the impact on patient experience. While no formal redesign has taken place yet, the outcomes of this trial may inform future service delivery and team configuration across the group.
