Summary
Banksman / Traffic Marshal - Residential Construction Site
We are currently looking for a Banksman to work on a residential construction site in Gillingham, Dorset.
Role Responsibilities:
- Safely guide and direct a forklift around the site
- Maintain clear communication with the forklift operator
- Ensure the safety of pedestrians and other workers
- Monitor site traffic and keep access routes clear
- Follow all health & safety procedures and report hazards
Requirements:
- Valid Banksman / Traffic Marshal certification (or relevant experience)
- Strong awareness of construction site health & safety
- Confident and clear communicator
- Reliable and punctual
- Residential site experience preferred
- CSCS Card
