Summary
Our client is seeking a Business Administrator to provide essential support across administration, compliance, and accounts based in Rossendale.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within a dynamic business environment.
Office-based role – part-time hours considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Assist with onboarding new hires, scheduling orientation, and completing paperwork
• Maintain accurate records
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Draft and post job adverts
• Keep database records accurate and up to date
• Utilise ATS to manage recruitment efficiently
Accounts & Payroll:
• Process payroll end-to-end during holiday/sickness cover
• Update employee records for pay changes and deductions
• Handle BACS payments and client invoicing
• Resolve payroll-related queries
• Perform credit checks on potential new clients
Compliance & Legal:
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and GDPR
• Conduct Digital Right to Work (DRTW) and DBS checks
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with company accreditations (ISO, NCZ)

• Accounts experience would be desirable
