What You'll Do
. Lead sourcing and supplier activities to deliver cost efficiency and business value.
. Introduce processes, reporting, and ways of working that improve operations.
. Negotiate effectively with suppliers and build strong long-term relationships.
. Collaborate across teams to support business priorities and supply chain needs.
. Identify opportunities to optimise supplier performance and workflows.
What We're Looking For
. Significant experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain (typically 5+ years or equivalent).
. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
. Experience leading or mentoring a team (even informally).
. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams.
. Familiarity with sourcing systems or supply chain tools is helpful, but not essential.
. Professional sourcing or supply qualifications are a bonus, not required.
