Summary
MW Window Systems is seeking a dedicated Commercial Estimator for an on-site, full-time position. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, providing detailed cost estimates, analysing construction plans, and communicating with project stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include estimating project budgets, collaborating with clients, assisting with procurement planning, and providing support for project management to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Construction Estimating and Budgeting practices
Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members
Knowledge of building materials, specifically Roofs and glazing solutions
Proficiency in Project Management to oversee project lifecycle
Proven organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimating and project tracking
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
Prior experience in the glazing or construction industry is advantageous
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment
