Job Title: Part-Time Care Worker
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week (flexible shifts)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Care Worker to provide high-quality personal and practical care to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments. The successful candidate will support service users to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping.
Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and company policies (where trained and authorised).
Offer companionship and emotional support, promoting independence and wellbeing.
Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
Accurately record care activities and report any concerns or changes in service users’ condition.
Maintain confidentiality and respect service users’ privacy at all times.
Adhere to health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
A caring, patient, and respectful approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and flexibility to work a range of shifts (including evenings and weekends if required).
Right to work in the UK (or relevant country).
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential as full training will be provided).
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
