Summary

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Scottish business!



Location: Stepps / Hamilton

Hours: 42.5 Hours, Monday to Friday



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As Project Manager you will lead on the delivery pf a new build education facility taking the project to site from preconstruction through to completion.



Your day to day will include:

-Oversee the day to day management and leadership of assigned project working activities and effectively manage performance of H&S, the works team, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the programme requirements.

-Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and utilising information from site management team to inform monthly reports which track adherence against programme and commercial targets.

-Ensuring Kier and governing body safety procedures and legislation are followed and in place.

-Working closely with the project commercial team to report on the current and projected financial status of the project

-Chair and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required

-Ensure all upline reporting across key project metrics on programme, budget, health and safety, environmental and quality



What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

-Relevant Construction Qualification HND / Degree level or equivalent

-Membership / accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB/ICE)

-Health and Safety - 5-day SMSTS

-CSCS Black Card

-First Aid Cert

-Full UK Driving Licence
