Summary
Location: Faslane & Coulport Naval Base (West Scotland)
Hours: 42.5 Hours hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Kier / Graham Defence is a joint venture delivering critical projects for the MOD across Faslane and Coulport Naval bases in the West of Scotland. What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the delivery team, supporting them in achieving operational and commercial goals. Your day to day will include:
-Leading the successful delivery of high-value, technically complex construction projects through effective management of project teams
-Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget in a safe, quality-focused manner
-Taking responsibility for implementing SHE policies, mentoring site teams, and sharing your expertise
-Building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders to nurture ongoing opportunities
-Promoting Kier's values throughout the supply chain to exceed expectations
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
-You have significant experience in leading on-site construction project delivery within a Tier 1 environment
-You're confident managing project budgets, programmes and teams
-You have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
-You're familiar with NEC and JCT contract conditions
-You have relevant construction management qualifications (Degree level or equivalent) and professional membership (CIOB/ICE)
