Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Rota Administrator to work within our Data Quality Team, for our APMS Service for our practices within the Hull area shift patterns are Monday - Friday 08:00-18:30.
The post holder will be part of the Data Quality Team working in a busy office environment, responsible for supporting the management of the appointment rota which, will include adding rotas to the clinical system. You will be required to liaise with locum agencies and the central booking team on any vacant shifts and check rotas for appropriate bookings notifying patient’s own practice of any inappropriate bookings. You will be required to support the Administration Manager and Operational Manager to ensure the Team and clinical rotas are up to date via ERoster management prior to authorisation and finalising – including annual leave management/changing shifts/overtime and sickness reporting etc.
The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills as will be required to proactively communicate information between relevant patients, doctors and professionals in a timely manner. The Role will include supporting the data quality team on various data quality roles This role may include support to the APMS Practice Administration Managers and supervision of the reception teams at various site
