Summary

Cover Supervisor – Daily supply from as soon as possible These flexible opportunities are ideal for Cover Supervisors who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different secondary school settings in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.Duties as Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage participation
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in an educational setting
• Confident managing classroom behaviour and engaging learners
• Adaptable across different subjects and year groups
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow school procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Cover Supervisor
• A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
