Summary
We are currently recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established Ofsted-registered day nursery in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years Manager who is confident in managing nursery operations, leading teams, and delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day nursery operations
Lead, motivate, and support the early years team
Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
Maintain high-quality teaching, learning, and care
Manage staffing, ratios, and nursery administration
Requirements
Level 3 (minimum) or Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager / Deputy Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Right to work in the UK
