About the RoleYou'll support individuals with learning disabilities and autism across multiple supported living properties in Telford. Our residents enjoy active, social lifestyles, so we're looking for outgoing, enthusiastic support workers who can match their energy.
What Will You Be Doing?- Providing person-centred support to help individuals achieve their goals.
- Assisting with daily living tasks: personal care, meal prep, medication, shopping, and household chores.
- Encouraging active lifestyles: walks, gym sessions, swimming, and community outings (confidence in water essential).
- Following structured routines and offering reassurance during behaviours of distress.
Shift Patterns- 07:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 07:30 AM - 10:00 PM
(No sleep-ins)
Rotas provided in advance for work-life balance.
This role involves 2:1 support.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Active and outgoing personality, able to engage in physical activities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (meeting Motability requirements).
