Summary

Start 2026 with purpose as a Support Worker in Telford (TF1)!

Location: Telford, TF1 (Just a 5 min walk from the Ketley Community Centre)
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Hours: Part-Time (21 hours per week - 2 positions available)
Shift Patterns:

- 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
(No sleepovers - another provider supports at night)
Driver Requirement: Auto licence essential (car provided)

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll support one gentleman in his 50s, living independently in his own flat. He has learning disabilities, Down syndrome, and diabetes (insulin administered by nurses).

What Will You Be Doing?

- Personal Care: Yes

- Observation & Support: Monitor wellbeing and provide reassurance

- Meal Preparation: Yes

- Medication Administration: Yes

- Community Access: Support with shopping, walks, and social activities

- Encouraging Independence: Help maintain routines and confidence

What We're Looking For

- Calm, patient, and active personality

- UK driving licence (Auto)

- Positive and reliable approach

- Willingness to engage in activities and build trust

- Swimming

- Walking

- Shopping

- Bowling (he's a keen bowler!)

- Parties and dancing - he's got the moves!
