Summary
Support safe prescribing, dispensing, and supply of medicines Liaise with GPs, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Identify and manage medicines-related risks and interventions Support patients with long-term conditions through counselling and follow-up Contribute to audits, service improvement, and clinical governance activities Support training and development of pharmacy staff where appropriate
