Summary
Support Worker – Mental Health & Complex Needs
Liverpool L7 | £12.30–£12.60 per hour
We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to support adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviour, in a supported living setting.
The role includes:
• One-to-one support and lone working
• Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques
• Supporting daily living and personal care
• Medication administration and record keeping
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
You’ll need:
• Minimum 3 months’ UK experience in a similar role
• Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviour
• CPI training (preferred)
